Sunday, November 15, 2026 – Race Day
- 5:00-6:00 a.m. – Event parking for athletes (please arrive at the time and entrance indicated on your parking pass)
- 5:00-6:30 a.m. – Transition Area Open for Athletes (No race morning packet pickup)
Race Start Times:
- 6:30 a.m. – International Triathlon*/Aquabike Begin
- 6:40 a.m. – International Duathlon Begins
- 6:50 a.m. – Sprint Early Start**
- 7:00 a.m. – Sprint Triathlon/Aquabike Begin
- 7:10 a.m. – Sprint Duathlon Begins
Cutoff Times:
*You should be able to swim 0.6 mile swim course in under 35 minutes, bike 16 mph or faster, and run 14 min/miles or faster to participate in the International Distance Triathlon. Otherwise, please enter the Sprint Distance Triathlon.
**Sprint Distance racers must be able to complete the 0.3 mile swim in under 35 minutes and bike faster than 11 mph. If you might swim between 30 and 35 minutes or bike between 11 and 13 mph, please ask the staff to put you in the early start. Going in this group is only for those worried about cutoff times and those in this group cannot place ahead of anyone going with their normal group.
- 7:15 a.m. – International swim cutoff (follow sprint course)
- 7:45 a.m. – Sprint swim cutoff (no bike start)
- 7:44 a.m. – International bike mile 6.4 cutoff (if you don’t reach mile 6.4 by this time you will end up doing the sprint bike distance)
- 8:44 a.m. – Bike Cutoff BOTH Distances (no run start)
- 9:05 a.m. – International run mile 2 cutoff (must u-turn at mile 2 after this time and be marked as DNF. Zoo must be cleared by 10:00 am)
- 9:19 a.m. – International 3 mile run u-turn cutoff
Award Times:
- 9:15 a.m. – Sprint & International Aquabike Awards
- 9:30 a.m. – Sprint & International Duathlon Awards
- 9:45 a.m. – Sprint Triathlon Awards
- 10:00 a.m. – International Triathlon Awards
Athletes must arrive at least 1 hour before their race start time or will miss the race.
*Start/wave order will be available race morning and emailed to all registered participants race week. We will start in a time trial format one person at a time.
All athletes must present a photo ID to pick up their packet. Please bring your receipt from online registration.
PLEASE NOTE: You must retrieve all of your belongings quickly after finishing the race and BEFORE the awards ceremony. The transition area is broken down in a timely manner and not secured once cleanup has started.
